VERDOLINO - SARCONI PGI BEANS

Ecotype of dwarf bean with a round-ovoid seed and an unmistakable light green colour, more or less intense depending on the cultivation area. An ecotype highly appreciated for its delicacy of taste and particularly tender skin. In the kitchen it is recommended with pasta or rice, but it is also delicious in soups alone or with the addition of meat, fish or vegetables.
