Tarallo is a typical baked product from Puglia which, as such, has been officially included in the list of traditional Italian agri-food products (PAT) of the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies. Our recipe faithfully maintains the rules of tradition, thanks to the use of only natural and local raw materials.
This is how our handmade tarallo was born: fragrant and with a unique taste.

Ingredients: Product made by hand, according to the traditional Bitontina recipe with:

TYPE "00" flour;
Waterfall;
St. oil olive;
Extra virgin olive oil;
Wine;
Salt;
Brewer's yeast.

Pizza 2%
ALLERGENS: Gluten and sulphites.

Without the addition of colorants and preservatives.

Produced in an environment that uses nuts, sesame, milk, eggs and mustard.
