Ecotype of dwarf bean with a round-ovoid seed and a typical tobacco colour, hence the name. Bean, which has always been widely cultivated, with a high fiber content and highly digestible. in the kitchen it goes very well in soups, alone or with vegetables, we also recommend it together with the cooking broth and stale bread, all seasoned with extra virgin olive oil for an ancient and traditional Lucanian recipe "pani npussu cu fasuli" ( soaked bread with beans).
