Description: The aubergine pesto is obtained from the fine homogenization of our aubergines with our cherry tomatoes and our Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Walnuts and cashews are then added to the mixture. The absence of cheese makes the product suitable for consumption by lactose intolerants and for those following a vegan diet. Seasoning for pasta but also spreadable cream on crostini.
