Cruschi peppers are a typical dish of Basilicata, recognized as PAT (traditional agri-food product). They can be consumed as a snack or side dish, or to enrich your traditional dishes. The Senise PGI pepper is subjected to a natural drying process according to traditional methods, then it is fried for a few seconds and acquires its particular crunchiness, becoming "crusco" (crispy).

This variant is enriched with a dark chocolate coating.
