From the selection of the best varieties of Italian durum wheat grown in Italy, Pasta Molino Bongermino is born, bronze-drawn and slow-drying at low temperatures. Our semolina is obtained with a low-yield extraction process directly from the heart of the wheat grain. Thanks to a latest generation milling system we are able to guarantee the quality of the product in every single milling step.
