O' RUSSU RED BEAN

Ecotype of Cannelino, from spontaneous pollination that took place on the farm. It has a bright red color and has a floury consistency. Their flavor is sweet. They are widely used for the preparation of Tex-Mex dishes. They are perfect for soups and purees, but not only: recipes with red beans range from cold salads to side dishes with rice and cereals and vegetable meatballs. They are also suitable for the preparation of desserts and jams.
