Arso wheat pasta.

The ancient Granaio is a pasta factory specialized in the production of dry artisanal pasta with selected durum wheat flours and special flours, such as burnt wheat flour and black chickpea flour.
We also use quality ingredients in the dough, such as dehydrated and ground crusco pepper.

Particular characteristics, hints of smoked and toasted which give an identity to the product and flavor the preparations. Given its gluten deficiency, it is mixed with other flours that generate gluten.
