Matè Pink Gin is a London dry of great depth in which the Lucanian character emerges in all its nuances.
Twelve botanicals expertly distilled to describe a territory. Lemon and pink grapefruit from the Ionian coast, olive leaves and saffron from the hilly hinterland, savory and sage from the Matera Murgia, softened with strawberries from the Metaponto area to express the essence of Matera.

The botanicals: juniper berries, lemon peel, pink grapefruit peel, olive leaves, saffron stigmas, savory root, sage, strawberries and other botanicals that our master distiller deemed appropriate not to reveal.

The production method: steam distillation in a discontinuous still. Maceration of strawberries in the distillate.

Tasting notes: The characteristic background of berries from the best Lucanian juniper is followed by olfactory notes of olive leaves, savory and saffron, with the freshness of citrus fruits accompanying the sweetness of the Metapontino strawberry, the great protagonist of this gin.
Pink in colour, Matè Pink Gin is a distillate of great freshness and balance.
In the mouth, the herbaceous/balsamic and citrus and spicy notes best enhance the taste of Metapontine strawberries, with the generous quantity of juniper berries used in distillation finishing with a long dry persistence typical of the style.

The bottle: 700 ml, silk-screened with glass cap.

The alcohol content: 42% Vol.
