Dawn has always been referred to as a new beginning. Dawn, in our opinion, is a true synonym of the word "beginning". Pink, like cherry pink, a wonderful and enchanting shade that colors the sky on a cool summer morning. This is where we started – from observation. Enchanted by those beautiful colors, so warm and alive, we were inspired to give life to this new beginning: "L'alba rosa", our rosé from Montepulciano grapes. Brilliant Cerasuolo rose, it is elegant and refined, the nose is full, intensely aromatic, with exuberant notes of peach blossom, rose petal, pomegranate and cherry which are reconfirmed on the palate in a delicate balance. The freshness, the minerality and its gentle tannin make every sip the call of a new one.

Tasting

Tasting notes: Intensely fruity bouquet, with hints of cherry, citrus and pomegranate. On the palate it is savory, fresh, mineral and ends with a prolonged persistence on the finish.

Food pairings: Excellent as an aperitif. It pairs well with shellfish dishes, beef carpaccio or prawn and asparagus risotto.
