Description:

The PGI red wine “Il Priore” is a primitive wine characterized by an alcohol content of 13.5% and has a ruby ​​red color full of violet reflections.

The harvested grapes are processed through soft pressing with film maceration at 26°-28° for approximately 10 days.

Fermentation and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks.

The six-month refinement period passes in these same tanks and for another six months, the wine is refined in the bottles. The optimal tasting temperature of “Il Priore” is 16°-18°
