Goldfinch is a Rye Saison with the addition of organic Clementine juice and peels from the Lucanian Ionian coast. A light beer, with orange reflections, where the typical spiciness of Belgian yeasts and the rusticity of rye blend well with the delicate and citrus notes of the Lucanian fruit. A very smooth drink, in which the clementine is the absolute protagonist, but certainly not banal!
A beer born from the collaboration with the Terre del Faro agricultural company, which for more than seventy years has been committed to growing citrus fruits and fruit of the highest quality with organic farming.
