Description: The apricots grown on the Murgia have unique sensorial properties. Apricot flower is a light version of the classic Apulian apricot jam. Light because it contains a minimum fruit percentage of 70% with added sugar. As evidence of this, the taste of the product retains the light acidic note typical of the fruit.
