WHITE CORONA BEAN

Corona beans (or Spanish Whites) are legumes with convex and flattened seeds, large in size and an intense white colour. They have a creamy consistency and a delicate flavor. They are excellent boiled and seasoned simply with salt, extra virgin olive oil, fresh thyme, fresh parsley and fresh sage: a delicious dish! (Soaking time 18 hours, cooking time 2 hours. )
