BLACK CHICKPEAS

The black chickpea is different in shape and color from the common chickpea. It has a smaller size, a wrinkled skin, a hook-shaped tip, a strong flavor and a higher fiber content than that present in the common chickpea. It has a truly unique and particular flavour, such that it can be consumed even with just a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, without salt.
