Although the roots are deeply anchored in the Tuscan tradition, our reinterpretation makes use of selected ingredients, entirely of Sicilian origin, giving this dessert a singularity in flavor and authenticity.

These pistachio biscuits stand out for their peculiar shape, the result of an ancient practice which involves cutting small slices from a freshly baked loaf of dough. Subsequently, a further short passage in the oven ensures the Cantucci the characteristic crunchiness that distinguishes them.
