RED CANNELLINO - SARCONI PGI BEANS

Ecotype of dwarf cannellino with a cylindrical, elongated and tapered seed, white in color with purplish-red spots, sometimes black and non-uniform: also very beautiful to look at. Plant which in its waxy state has long, light yellow pods.

In the kitchen it is recommended for a single dish with pasta, or alone as a side dish.
